Pick-ups

• We do not allow pick-ups as we are an online store only, so all orders are posted/shipped.

 

Shipping

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• You will receive an email notification that includes the courier tracking number (for standard or express options) when your order has shipped. 
• No tracking is included or available for the economy shipping option.

Delivery

• Please understand that how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries are out of our control.
• For delivery queries, please contact the courier company directly.
• If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.
